EX-CATALOGUE RETURNS
The term "Ex-Catalogue Returns" on this site refers to goods that have been returned by the consumer. The reasons for returning an item can be anything including "wrong size or colour", "packaging damaged", "item faulty or not working". Sometimes the item may be returned because an address was incorrect.
CLEARANCE GOODS
The term "Clearance" on this site, refers to items that are usually "excess stock", "end of line" etc. Sometimes we have the opportunity to purchase goods wholesale from companies that have gone into liquidation. This will provide quality goods and discounted prices to all of our customers.
